Here's a couple of pics of my Gold Crown IV in Apple Green. The standard Simonis Green is just too dark for me.

Plus I am about to have Apple Green put on my new Diamond Professional.

Playing on grey is absolutely perfect (for me). But I do like the Apple somewhat.

Nope….any of the other Simonis green colors or even Simonis blue green but this cloth sure isn’t the apple of my eye.

I have the Simonis blue on my table.
Next recover will be the Simonis grey.
Easy on they eye and I can't think of a ball set thst has any grey balls.
My table has very tight pockets.

I'm colorblind so my opinion probably doesn't count, haha.... I like tournament blue better than traditional green. I don't think I've seen the new grey in person, but on TV I like it better than the blue.

I'm okay with green, blue, and grey, but from a purely aesthetic standpoint I prefer green.

It's a rare treat when I find a Diamond table with green cloth.

haters gunna hate, but i think dusty pink is one of the better colors they offer. extremely easy on the eyes IME. here is my GC1 in dusty pink:

The problem I have is that Gray doesn't look good on either my Gold Crown IV or Diamond Professional. The GCIV is Mahogany and the Diamond Professional is Oak/Cherry. Gray just doesn't look good on either. Gray looks pretty good on a black table, however.

Guess I will go with Apple Green on the Diamond and Powder Blue on the GCIV.

No way. Absolutely no way do I go to Camel or Gold. Those are horrible looking on a pool table.

Reporting you for that comment..... Camel on a Mahogany Crown rocks. I have Gold on mine but mostly for sentiment value. The first Crowns I played on were White /ashtrays & gold cloth. That always stuck on my mind.

Just my personal opinion, I've had my table recovered three times with Tournament Blue and I'm thinking about going back to traditional green. Nothing wrong with the blue but I played on the green for many years of my life and I'm just missing it. Maybe I'm just getting nostalgic in my old age.

I just played at Bay Shore, half the new GC7’s had green the other half tournament blue. I can’t ever see myself liking green better than blue.

Tourn Blue is beautiful when new. How do you feel about playing on grey?
