Cue ID - Is this a Jerry Rauenzahn cue?

This is a pool hall buddy's cue and I really like it. He says it's a Jerry R cue, which means Jerry Rauenzahn to me, but he's not really a cue collector and English isn't his first language, so it could be anything. If it is a Rauenzahn (beginning to look doubtful), it's easily worth his asking price.

I have not seen any identifying logos, signatures or initials.

Yeah, I've looked at quite a few of his cues and have not seen anything similar. To be honest, he only ever said it was a Jerry R. To people that love custom cues that almost always means Rauenzahn, but it truly could be something else.

Looks like a Jacoby or Pechauer.

With all that turquoise it reminds me of Espiritu and his people. Which it is not.

But Jerry R? I don't think I'm going out on a limb saying 98.693% no...
