    Am I a ball banger?

If you need to ask the question, then yes, you're probably just a ball banger. As for the cue, well you can put a dog in a Ferarri, but he's still not going to know how to drive.

    What's your ideal pool hall?

Amongst all the other things mentioned, I like a room with a good area for the sweators. Usually a raised area with good seating where you can grab a bite and watch the games. Railbirds should be comfortable too.

    The Shortstop Wall

I'd say Koufax gets a serious vote for being one of the best ever, though I would tend to take Nolan Ryan. Meanwhile, one guy with absolutely perfect fundamentals is Tiger Woods. If ever there was a perfect swing, he has it.

Not as excited about the May tourney anymore

That blue cloth has got to go, Mark. Pool tables should only be green!

Who is the best young gun in Georgia under 20?

I can't pinpoint anyone in particular as being a potential world-beater in Georgia, and I travel around the state quite a bit. There is a kid in Marietta named Sammy (I forget his last name) who plays decent, but he's certainly not in Bergman's class.

    APBU Bans Players

Well, here's what I think, in case anybody cares, and I may not have all the facts. The WPA offered to sanction the IPT tournaments for a fee, Trudeau claims that the fee was $150,000 which sounds high to me but let's assume it's true (maybe it's based on a purse percentage). Trudeau flatly...

Your thoughts about events in the SouthEast ???

To compare the standard Viking events and the standard SE events I would say they are on par. The nice think about Tommy's events, IMO, is that they feature races to 9 for the Sunday matches where the Viking events tend to be race to 7 throughout. I prefer the longer matches. Other than that...

2005 United States National Snooker Championship final report

That's true but i think took into account the fact that, in theory, a player could delay the game virtually forever trying to get a 'cushion snooker'.

2005 United States National Snooker Championship final report

In snooker the referee is required by the rules to answer either of the following two questions: 1) is the cue ball in the 'D'? (after a foul where the player has ball-in-hand) 2) what color is this? (in the case of a color-blind player) They must be answered if asked. No other question MUST...

2005 United States National Snooker Championship final report

Close, but there's some other trick to it, actually. I can't remember what it is though. Maybe later. How about: What are the only two questions that a referee is required by the rules to answer if a player asks him (or her)?

    kevin Trudeau's Natural Cures

There's no such thing as a natural cure. ALL treatments for all illnesses come from something in nature, but people seem to think that just because a chemist worked on them for a while they become less 'natural'. Here's a list of some popular cures, look at how nautral their sources are: -...

2005 United States National Snooker Championship final report

No, if your opponent fouls and leaves you snookered on the last red, you are awarded a free ball, so if you nominate yellow it (in effect) becomes a red. You can then shoot the yellow and the last red in on the same shot, if like the red was over the hole or something and the yellow followed it...

2005 United States National Snooker Championship final report

The yellow. A few years ago, Tom Kollins from Illinois won this tournament and ran something like 126 in the final game of the tournament. I believe that still stands as the record for the US championships.
