BCA 8 ball rule 3.8 states it is loss of game to foul when pocketing the 8 ball. A.Does this mean you lose if you can't make contact with the 8 ball? B. Does this mean you lose if don't make the 8 ball after contact and fail to drive a ball to a rail? thanks for helping a noob.
