Brother Billiards in Jinbocho is also a spot - super friendly folk. The Bagus in Kabukicho is the better one (but also most expensive) out of the chain.

Given my limited experience of Tokyo in June, I didn’t come across any brick and mortar stores for buying cues. And in the pool halls that I did visit, there were a couple of cues in display cases but mainly tips and accessories.
