Taom doesn't. The older Kamui 'lipstick' chalk' is notorious for this. I found a piece of Taom green and i'm amazed at how everything stays cleaner: balls, hands, cloth, case, you name it. It gives Master the ORANGE five and the snap.I use masters, chalk sometimes, probably once every break and every fifth shot or so. I use a lot of English and rarely miscue.
I hate the new chalks, they always leave impossible to clean marks on my table.

BD to me is the best 'traditional' chalk but still way messier than Taom.Blue Diamond, $7 for two cubes. Filed the first one flat to about 1/4", now using the second. Friend bought Tiger, 3 cubes for $18. I tried his but it's too soft and messy compared to the Blue Diamond. Another guy I play uses TAOM and loves it.
