So what was the final math? How much money was added across all of the divisions for an added money total? Anybody know? Are we talking trivial amounts?

Is this true? Some of the best players in the world traveled to Manila to play in an event with no prize money? Why? I learned here there was no prize money in the Queens Cup so why would these guys agree to the same terms? Seems to me they just established their 'price' as cheap. Very, very cheap.

No one has mentioned the part of this that bothers me the most. The WPBA REQUIRES a minimum of $25,000 in added money for their own Classic Tour events. Why on earth would they "sanction" an event that lessens the worth of their own players? Should they not have at least demanded that their own...

No kidding. After the fiasco at the Holiday Inn Barry came on here and said he had heard us "loud and clear" and that there would be no more multi-room US Opens. Then he did it again anyway at the Marriott last year. He needs to pay more attention to his promises. Does he think we just forget?
