Those are Aramith Premieres. Been sold for a long time so there's nothing special about them. . Good quality, better then Crowns, a step below Premiums and 2 steps below Super Pros.

A facing is a slice of rubber applied to both ends of each rail cushion.
There are different types of facings however they are all a rubber material and generally black in color.
And just an fyi, the correct terminology is cushions - not bumpers. 🙃
The profile is A48 or #48.
Measure the back side of the cushion which should be 1 1/16"
I think you can get a set of cushions at Classic Billiards or Muellers
I personally would not try to recut the featherstrip slots. When you get the new strips test fit them with a piece of cloth. Should be snug. As for glue for the cushions you can get a quart of 3M-10 Scotchgrip which works good and is readily available.
You will probably have to get a complete cloth package (bed and rails).
Wherever you get your cloth from make sure to SPECIFY that the rails should be cut for a carom table.
You should get 3 rail pieces, 2 for the long sides and 1 you cut in half for the ends.
