Who can move a 9' Diamond Pro-Am in the Denver area?

I called Diamond Billiards, they gave me the name of the only people in town that can/will move a Diamond Pro-Am, one piece slate table. I'll write a review and post it in this thread after the work is done if he doesn't mind the publicity. Thanks!

Who can move a 9' Diamond Pro-Am in the Denver area?

Thank you. Yes, I agree they should be able to but they can't move the most common tournament table either. For future reference so the next guy doesn't have to waste as much of their time finding a competent table mechanic/mover; these Denver companies don't have the capability to move a 9'...

Who can move a 9' Diamond Pro-Am in the Denver area?

Hello AZB! I need my table moved but haven't had any luck finding anybody that is able to move a 9' Diamond Pro-Am. The table is on the ground floor with a sliding glass door in the room the table is in. There isn't much elevation change from where the table sits to the street. Myself and...

Anyone try Darren's "around the houses" drill? It's tough but fun.

I'm impressed by how well he went through that drill. The burning question I have: Is the dog in the upper left hand corner alive?

Old School Players compared to New Aged Players

Watch this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kD0GqhqrRPw and come to your own conclusion. To me, the answer is readily apparent.

    OB Pro+

I've been playing with an OB Pro + shaft for the past seven months. Before I had the regular OB Pro, and the OB-1 prior to that. The OB Pro + gives the best feedback by far. By feedback I mean that the shaft has a firm, crisp hit that probably vibrates at a higher frequency than the muted...

    Predator Question

Try OB cues, they're made in the USA and their new OB Plus shafts have a feel that I think is similar to the predator shafts.

    Equipment to improve your game

With an LD shaft, you still need to master Squirt, Swerve and Throw just as you need to with a standard shaft. Since you're accustomed to a regular shaft, don't waste your money and stay with the shaft you have as long its strait. Measles Ball is a great suggestion. K2Kraze mentioned...

    (<5) Ball Ghost

Straitpool_99 gave some great advise. A variant of the rotation drill he diagrammed are the Billiard University Exams II - Skills section. In section S3 you will find 9-ball pattern drills in three different levels of progressive difficulty: Bachelor's, Masters and Doctorate. You can find...

    Improved Video?

What Keith wrote here is what stuck out to me as your main issue. I agree with the others as well but this one was the most glaring problem to me. Even when you are doing practice drills, approach the shot by stepping forward into it. This goes along with the principal of aiming while...

APA Skill Level vs Win Percentage

Good stuff, thanks for sharing your data. One explanation for the SL2 not having a single win rate above 50% is that I believe the league automatically promotes a SL2 to a SL3 once they have a win rate equal to or greater than 50%.

    9ball scorekeeping app

Awesome, thanks! I use the American Rotaion app & have been wishing there was one for 9-ball (APA style). Now, if it was interfaced with the league so we didn't have to use paper it would be a huge hit.
