+1. I'd suggest as little work done as possible by not changing the original splice work. Simply trying to add the missing end for ascetics, or have a new complete shaft made & keep original; as is. Congratz! Nice pick up btw.

Very Sharp The wood grain really tones down all the inlay work you've done & balances this cue very nicely. Sweet cue indeed.

Headphones. So I choose what I hear. Works for all occasions. They even make this wonderful feature called noise canceling if you really do want silence & block out any background distractions. I also recommend bluetooth so there's no cord.
