Had the same sentiments last year, got tired of fixing dings on my wooden shafts, switched to carbon and never looked back. Still using wood for the butt as I love wood's pattern and color and the design/inlays that can be made. Carbon butts? who knows??? will probably switch if ever I damage...

Got a Revo last December and been using it altely, the tip performed very well from the start, but now I am miscuing for the past two days. I used a 250 grade sandpaper to rough it up, just a few strokes, still the same. Not sure if it is me or the tip gets crappy over time. Has anyone else...
