Thanks for the responses guys. I think you are all right on with O'Neil. I am still unable to find any reference to one that looks like it but I did compare features, overlapping edges,corners pieces used and such to other O'Neils and most features are the same. Thanks again.

There are no names or markings anywhere on case. It appears to be pretty well put together and not at all flimsey in any way. Inside lining is not the typical material generally used in this type of case.
