Absolutely and you named only three of the strong women from Europe. In men's division Europe and Asia is dominant but in the women's division even more. So a female player in team Europe will strengthen them even more.

I can tell you here in Germany it is nothing like that. Pool is getting younger and younger. Weekly trainig for kids, trainingscamps for kids, youth national teams, etc. No more old creepie people.
