You are in the wrong forum. With that said there is NO such circumstance as far as I'm aware. I know in some call-shot call-safety 10 ball games if you call the shot and miss(making a legal hit) your opponent has the option to give you back the shot.

To do what you are saying is VERY difficult, even with a jump cue. To do what you are saying with a regular shooting cue is damn near impossible. To do what you are saying with a shooting cue AND that slow of a stroke.. impossible. His cue comes down on the ball, imparts backspin, cue ball hits...

Man he made some amazing shots in that run..Those two shots in the side were unbelievable. His accuracy and stroke blow my mind. The way he draws the ball ~8 feet to within an inch of where he wants with such ease is crazy.
