    Samsara playing tips?

    So....I recently ran across samsara playing tips...not the break tip. Does anyone have any experience with these in regards of install, mushrooming, how well they hold shape, playability, etc. I like their break tips (good, but I always prefer the white diamond).... And am thinking of giving...

    Lightest coring wood?

    Have you tried walnut? I have cored plenty with walnut when I need a bit lighter. Glues well, hold a thread for pins, and is pretty damn light. Plus is a great tone wood, and have rather impressive shear strength. I have also heard of rain wood being used as a core in jump cues...but never...

    faulty cue tip ?

    This is actually not all that uncommon with the tiger Everest tip. I have to say it...cuz I like tiger tips in general, but I have seen this happen to good players, bad players, players that hit hard, soft, lots of juice, and no English or spin at all. Usually I have seen it happen when the...

    need a break stick

    There are a lot of lower priced cues that will break a ton. I remember some of my best were the cheap $40 Players sneaky pete and an old schmelke cue...both re-tipped with a harder tip. That would be my suggestion...but definitely think a white diamond tip is the way to go, over phenolic...

    :: Randy Mobley M-22 Rack Crusher Jump/Break ::

    That cue and design look bad a$$. Anyone know what it would take to get one of these in my case. I think the idea is stunning...incorporating cars and cues...2 of my favorite things. JK Custom Cues --Where each cue is a new adventure!

    Wedge.....

    I couldn't agree more. Justin Bergman is a stud. He is nice, straight up, and stand up. From what I have seen, interacted, and read, he does his things, shares his thoughts, and puts hit heart into this game. I think he is a great model of the newer generation players in this country...

    Just finished a cue...looking for feedback

    I just finished a cue for a guy. He wanted green and pink veneers. I struggled with this...as I didn't want it to turn out to "girly". In the end...the veneer color scheme didn't turn out too bad. This was my first attempt at metering the veneer stack for the points and windows. I think...

    shaft repair arbor

    I ordered these a year or so ago, and use them quite a bit. Just as a matter of practice, I faced the, a bit, and adjusted the pin,arborio suit my needs. I primarily use them when spinning a finish on a cue...not so much for tip work or cutting...just cuz my building and repair lathes make...

    Radial Pin Joint

    Qbuilder...you make so much sense it is scary. There are lots of parts and pieces to a cue that go together to create a rather exquisite piece of craftsmanship. Length, diameter, and weight are commn primary aspect of concern, then add balance, tone,and cabling concentric. We are humans...
