2nd update for me: I still have my balance rite on and really like it a lot. I would recommend everyone try it.

finally played with my radial balance rite and ran 3 out of the first four racks. Of course I broke really good and had a shot after but did like the feel from the beginning. I did miss some of the same shots I was in the past but overall I'm satisfied with my first go around. I'll let ya'll...

This same thing happened to me when I bought my custom Jacoby with the hybrid shaft. Come to find out the tip was not put on correct. I had the tip glued on by a local guy. I then contacted Jacoby and they reimbursed me for the tip. no problems after that.
