It didnt seem like it was chattering at all. Might have had a hairline crack or something and finally gave out. We use carbide tools and cutters at work and get hundreds and sometimes thousands of parts out of each tool. Maybe im just lucky. Lol. Joe

I was coring a nice piece of tulipwood the other day, when a quarter inch piece of the carbide decided to leave home and snapped off my gun drill! Theres still a lot of carbide left, and i was just wondering if anyone has ever had this happen, and if they sent it to Sterling to have it fixed? Joe

Im definately coring this stuff. I turned 3 of em round and sealed em. Two look amazing. The left one has nice curls, but mostly on one side. The other two look like that all the way around.
