Prulhiere cue pics - the truth is out!

My deal is/was with Brian, and I wanted to give him a chance to make good on his word. The money is not the issue as much as the principle for me. Why should I allow someone bail him and let him walk away free and clear? dingleberry 3 = Smokey

    My Experience with Prulhiere cues

Welcome to the club. I offered to settle for half my money back, and that didn't work.

    Prulhiere Cues...buyer beware

KJ, two problems with your responce... 1. I paid well over $200.00, (almost $500.00) but even so, I knew I wasn't getting a "top shelf" cue 2. I never recieved a cue. For those that have been following this thread, I have been in contact with Brian and he assures me I will get my money back. I...

Ok.... I have sit back and watched this sh%@ long enough. Hired Gun, I agree, from what I see from your pictures you have a legitimate complaint about the quality of work, but I also see Prulhiere offered to make it right, and for what ever reason, you don’t want to give him the chance. Like I...

Let's get it straight, it's the other guy that according to Prulhiere, is trying to blackmail. I, Texasguy4, never received a cue or refund.

    Prulhiere Cues...buyer beware

The accusation is: he took $470.00 of my money, did not deliver my cue and has not refunded my money. To answer your question, from what I see and hear, he just wraps thin veneers around a solid core.

Ok guys…this is getting out of hand. I did not start this post to play “Bash The Builder”, I simply wanted it to be known throughout the billiard community, that this guy screwed me out of my money, and anyone looking to do business with him should be cautious. Honestly, I don’t think he started...

    Prulhiere Cues...buyer beware

It would not have bothered me at all IF I had known about it upfront. Again, I knew I wasn't getting quality. The only other custom cue I had made, cost me $2500.00 and took almost 2 years.( a fairly plain Richard Black). Just for the record, I got a email every few weeks updating me on the...

    Prulhiere Cues...buyer beware

At the time I ordered this cue I owned a few "high end" cues (Scruggs, Bludworth, Black, etc..) I was looking for a cue I could take to the bars and not worry about it getting damaged. At his prices, what kind of quality could you expect?
