I have not been able to get in touch with you.

This email is to confirm that we had reached a binding agreement on the Scruggs cue at a price of $1300, a price you set forth and I agreed upon.

In addition, absent contact since that agreement I have sent 5$ as a confirmation consideration to bind this agreement as I await your response on how you wouod like to structure the remaining payment per my last 2 e-mails to you.
