Are the rings silver or brass?

A Google search turned up some information (if this is the same Lori Ann Shampo) that indicates that she relapsed and had an unfortunate last few years.

Is that cocobolo? Are those silver or brass rings?

Many of the aftermarket shafts are available as "partials," i.e., without a joint collar and pin hole, and also a little oversized, ready to be custom fitted to your cue by a cuemaker.
