I bought a Jflowers cue it came with a Moori medium tip. It seemed to hold up pretty well even tho I probably was scuffing it to often. I put a cuesoul soft tip on and it flattens out after just a week of playing daily. Is this typical of a soft tip or is it the quality of the cuesoul tip? I...
I’m a level 3 or 4 at best if it pertains to my question. I have a Rage Heavy hitter jump break cue that came with a Bakelite tip does not hold chalk at all. Using Taom. I have ordered a white diamond tip and would like your opinion on that. I have read good reviews and they all indicate it...
That’s exactly what it was. Can now jump with ease but only with dart style. Working on the overhand grip but can’t generate the pop needed. Was told I would have better control of the cue ball if I could get it down.
I bought the Rage heavy hitter Jump/break cue. It breaks good but the tip doesn’t hold chalk very well. I think it came with a Bakelite tip. Using How chalk. I put a white diamond on a basically house cue. I really liked the way it broke until on a miscue it popped off, haven’t found it yet...
Just trying to learn to jump and swerve the cue ball. I'm somewhat successful but my cue tip is contacting the table. I was told if done right the tip doesn't contact the table and from watching him it didn't look like his cue was touching the table or at least not leaving a mark. Now trying...
I ordered the Jim Rempe ball today. I've got one more question. Now that I have the new Dynasphere balls how should I care for them? If playing daily do you leave them in the pockets or on the table? Do you put them back in the box each day?
I want to thank everyone for all the great reply's.
Just received the Dynasphere silver balls they look great but didn't magically improve my game:p. They have a little of a yellowish hue on the striped balls doesn't bother me but may for some. I find pool a lot like Golf super frustrating when learning, some days you seem to be able to see the...
Thanks couldn’t find a bronze set but just ordered the silver set. Great reviews looking forward to see the difference between these and the ones I have.
I will look into that when I get ready to move this table into its permanent location, currently it’s in my shop. My skill level is a 2 or 3 so I think this will be a good table to learn on. I make cabinets an originally thought about building somewhat of a rustic look table and using this...
These balls came with the table. I don't know the difference but evidently its not that hard if you can tell by the picture what they are. What can you expect to spend on a good set of phenolic balls? I see some for upwards of $400. Can you suggest a brand or a price range I should look for...
That is what I was thinking. Fortunately before hearing back from you I took them to a shop about 50 miles away and they said the same thing you did. Saved me from messing up and cutting these down. From videos I watched it looked like the cloth was fitting tight against the cushion. Thanks for...
