    Gluing the seams?

    I'm missing something here on glueing the slates together. Does the glue absorb through the sheetrock tape to adhere to both edges of the slates? That sheetrock tape is a bit thick to let the glue absorb through it. Just not understanding thoroughly.

    "Lock and load" the shoulder to control movement?

    Slow your stroke way, way, way, way down to a slow motion stroke until you can obtain the "pure" process that you want, then once you have the correct process then start to add bits of speed to your swing.
