Do you guys find many individuals that do not have a team and/or friends that simply want to join up? Or is it more of a group of friends/let's make a team and/or group at work/let's make a team? I don't know a living soul that wants to do this with me so I am relying on a league atmosphere...

Alas, I am happily married lol. I don't bowl anymore, and I am looking for a way to scratch the competitive itch while still having fun. It sounds like the BCA leagues are exactly what I am looking for. I found the organizers email, and will be contacting him. Thanks for all the great feedback.

I have been in plenty of bowling leagues going back to YABA in the 7th grade, but the pool league world is a complete unknown to me. There is a local BCA league, but dearth of online info about said league. I did read the rules on the BCA site and there appears to be a couple of handicap...

I knew her (no joke). She was on my caseload when I worked at Broward Correctional Institution (it's closed now). Six months after I transferred back to the gulf coast she was executed. Unrepentant to the end.

I see an OB Classic+ for sale in the For Sale section. Another idea would be to buy that shaft, get a Schmelke that has a similar butt to the Mezz, use the Schmelke shaft to break. That would give me two shafts for around the price of the Mezz alone..

For the record, I was considering OB first but the ones I want are all out of stock at Seyberts. I have a coupon from that retailer so I am buying from them.
