BUTTERFLY EFFECT CHALLENGE - fullsplice cue for donation

I've started replying messages, but thought you all be interested in this information.

Hello,
Happy to see your message! Glad you care how it's going here. I'm fine, family safe, part of the crew fights, part went abroad, part working in a different projects. Anyway the basis is still into Pool cues business. We have shifted a view on the production process and it has become much more efficient in the current situation.
I haven't made any official announce yet, but here is sneak peek on our plans for this Autumn:

It is a collection called Patriot. It consists of 24 different models that are all existing combinations of 3 colors - Hornbeam black, yellow, blue assembled in a 24 different ways in Splices geometry called Tulip 2p.
For this model we'll make the best possible cost:

$150 for a blank.
$250 cue butt.
$275 cue with a plain white shaft.
$300 cue with a plain black shaft.
$400 cue with a white spliced shaft.
$450 cue with a black spliced shaft.
$50 delivery

You can request Any other wood species combinations in this model Tulip 2p. and feel free to assemble it in any of these 24 combinations from the collection. Price for such a cue will also be attractive, but it may cost some extras, depending on chosen wood. For example a square blank of Bocote is $60-100, depending on model we can use 1 or 2 such a squares for a cue. Hornbeam won't influence the cost, we have some other colors of it. I'm planning to update all information on the website and then make an announce

Also I'm thinking of selling a drawing for cuemakers about what pieces a square blank need to be cut and how it should be assembled to get the desired model. Just scheme, no processing information or tools tricks. It will cost $500.

So as soon as I upload some other models to the website, we are ready to start. Now you can scroll the website and lay eye on some cue or an idea of a not existing yet fullsplice combination.

It's my turn to trust, so no pre-payments needed. Just your real intention of having the item. Before start we'll confirm everything. Before shipping you'll pay.

Processing will be fast. We are planning to be able handling 500 cues in a month.
Parameters of a blank and a cue will be fixed. Custom parameters, accessories, engravings, inlays are possible, but will cost extras.

Blank parameters:
diameters 34\24mm, length 80-80cm.

Cue parameters:
length 30\30, weight 19oz, joint diameter 0.845, butt 30mm, tip 11-12mm, pro taper, ferrule, radial joint.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
Have a good day,
Anton

My blank from Shuriken cues, is very high quality. And that is not just me saying it, but the custom cue maker that finished it. Just my 2 cents

Beautiful. I wish I had the math education needed to comprehend the designs in your work.
Align and connect wood parts physically requires some special tools and skills, true. But understanding butterflies symmetry is way simplier. No special education needed. Once you see it, it's never be unseen.
I'm seeking for people who have interest in fullsplice cues to unite, cooperate, create, doing business and popularize Pool.
Billiards exists for hundreds years and I'm sure it allways will be as long as humanity exists.
The idea that I have an opprtunity to leave my mark in Billiards history aspires me.
I glad to share my knowledge about fullsplice cues, gonna collect everything in one place and show it from perspective where fullspice cue designs are simple.
Subscribe to check updates :)

Here I show what is the model called Tulip: https://forums.azbilliards.com/threads/fullsplice-pool-cue-model-called-tulip.556854/

Variety of the Tulip geometries multiplied by different wood species combinations get so many models that would be enough for an each pool player on the Earth to have their own unique cue.

Just dig it, have fun, earn money, leave your mark in fullsplice industry, have your own NFT with your unique design like these: https://opensea.io/poolcues/
Or create and patent your offline collection like this one: https://www.shurikencues.com/product-category/collections/patriot/
Let's make it together!

By the way, one of the cues from the Patriot collection will be played in the lottery in a few weeks. There will be 19 spots, $19 is the cost of each. I'll post it here on AZB when it's complete.

Hello Anton, hope you and your family are safe.

I'd too like to just confirm that you have me and my specs on the list too since I didn't get your email about specs but I did send them to you in a separate email (to: shurikencues@gmail.com).

Best regards!

Hello Mirza!
Happy to hear from you!

Just checked. You are on the list. This Autumn I'm gonna send the cue.

Thanks for your patience and support!
Have a good day,
Anton

I ordered a completed butt from Anton and thought I would post a positive review. It's amazing he's able to ship product from Ukraine. The butt is 14.36oz, .845 at the joint, and 30" long. Pin is straight, joint is concentric, face is flat, and points are even.

I ordered a blank last year from Anton that was also great.

Just wanted to pop by this thread to mention that I received my cue a week or so ago (I am located in Singapore).

Just came back from vacation and have not shot with it yet but so far, the cue looks great and the balance is what I requested for.

Will update with photos when I have the time to head to a pool hall ;)

Can't wait to get my hands on mine!

Anton recently confirmed that I am on his list. This, and the fact that y'all are reporting deliveries, reassured me to such a degree that I told Anton to move my name to the end of his list. It is also nice to hear that the cues are as good as they are, but then again, I knew from the beginning that my Ukrainian Cue would be something that I, and my family, would treasure forever. I sure hope that everyone else likewise appreciates their cue -- as I am often reminded here, it's not about the arrow, it's about the Indian.

Now to the more important subject, each and every one of us needs to write our Congressmen and urge them vote ASAP to fund Ukraine's effort to exterminate the russian vermin both within and without her borders. Speaking of borders, I know all about our immigration issues, but the larger issue here is the future of a free and democratic Ukraine with which we have already cast our lot as an ally which asks only for arms, not blood, from us. What kind of man or country turns a back on a friend fighting for very existence?

Butterfly Effect Challenge Journey

Received the communication that my blank was ready about a year ago. I decided on just the blank and to send it to a cuemaker to finish it. I decided on Brandon Jacoby at this year's SBE for several reasons, one of which was for him to build with Schuler SLC specifications. That way, all may favorite Schuler-fit shafts would still be in play. I also wanted to go a little unique, so rather than keep the blank as a single-piece butt, I decide to have it cut and have a handle installed. I favor Irish Linen, so a pressed black wrap was the order of the day.

Here's my take on the Butterfly Effect Challenge. Thank you, Anton!
