WPA Addresses Ball Waxing During Matches

You're suppose to wax the cue ball. It's how pool should be played. It adds another element to the game. The cue ball reacts true.
At least to the level that Aramith cleaner does, even when diluted with IPA. When local spots clean them with windex or just don't clean them, they don't play naturally. I think waxed and cleaned balls just play better and react how they should. I can adapt to anything but that doesn't mean it's right.

I’m still not convinced Aramith cleaner has wax in it. It may just be the effect of the polishing compound. How different do your freshly Aramith cleaned balls play if you clean them with soap and water or alcohol after they have been polished?
