Help with logo ID

Hoping you all can help with this unfamiliar to me, logo.

I am pretty sure this is a Heubler Q, but the logo is unfamiliar. Can anybody shed light on this?

That is the model number of that cue, it is a Huebler H-3 that was made in the 1970s. Does the cue say Huebler on the butt cap?"
