Squat to Stretch each effort. Simple stuff.

Set the timer to 10 seconds and examine the images. Start slow then move quickly with authority and finish slow through the ball. Hold the finish. Ready set go.

Did I mention my number of appearances before The Comandant's Disciplinary Board? 4 CBD's in a year and a half, convinced me I was not the military type. 🤷‍♂️ I did have a first place in wilderness survival 🏆. One week long test. 4 to 5 hundred in 3 flights. Mine was the second.

At my 4th and final cdb, I was greated by the only black Major on the board of officers that decided my uh sentence. He was real and greated me cordially with, "Well Mr Cantrall it's good to see you again. " My humble reply was, "no sir it isn't ".
My The Grip analogy would be to a fine musical instrument. That is played like the piano or perhaps flute is better.

Development of habits:
Have a Good Dr inspection.
Even Stephen Hendry had inspection from the Good Dr. So reminds me of MASH episodes that got the shrink involved.
I played my best when I felt good about what I was doing. (In Life)🤷‍♂️ even if it wasn't "Normal" 🤷‍♂️
Thought fully exercise with the cue and balls. The physical therapist requires strict adhesion to the dance.

Dance
Around the table, go slow. Check out the balance carefully. I am more breakable now.

Start the dance with a touch of the 3 point stance. Just touch the floor then raise to touch the ceiling. 1759409580279.jpeg
Go slow and pay attention to "the feel". I know from experience that I can raise up too fast and faint. Light headed is the signal to slow down then stop then take a knee. If alls good take the shot. Shrug.

As a Cadet Basic Training ends with Hell Week. Where you are taken to your limits. A sort of Case Hardening. I think I was double timing in place ; anyway I started to loose my vision from the top down. Just like dropping a shade. When I could not see anything above my drill instructors chest, he intercede to tell me to take a knee. My roommate got to where he couldn't see for an hour. Oh he was a astronaut candidate.
Knowledge of when to take a time out to recompose is critical.
I watched Cole (at every opportunity). On one occasion he got too deep in the Stolies and took a break to wash his face and recompose.

I have wandered around enough that I forget where I was going with the story. There's a message there somewhere, I suppose. 🤷‍♂️
In high-school algebra Mr O'Cock entertained with stories. He had taught my Mother in high school. He had also competed in the Olympics as a skater. He originated in a Nort East state like uh maybe Wisconsin. His tomes contained incredible life's knowledge. I got an A in algebra and enjoyed his stories, even the repeats. Shrug.

The best part of the exercise is the participation not the results. Well the results are interesting and entertaining. The goal is rebuilding. From the ground up 🤷‍♂️.
Use the chance to create a dance. The breathing is a part but beware the fart. Ooops gotta go. 😉
