The Challenge (if you accept it). Use the phenolic break tip, wiped clean of chalk.
Squat to Stretch each effort. Simple stuff.

Set the timer to 10 seconds and examine the images. Start slow then move quickly with authority and finish slow through the ball. Hold the finish. Ready set go.
