Clever, and to the point.
Back in my days working pharma development, my boss and the director of development were buddies, but clashed frequently on how the final reports for certain projects should be constructed. The director wanted the emphasis on how our department was able to resolve an issue, or to streamline a synthesis ahead of time, and under budget. My boss liked to discuss the technical complications, and the path through the various options, and justifications for what was finally adopted. So one day, on a particularly high profile project (an aids drug, this was back in the 1980s), they kept passing red-line copies of the final report back and forth. I knew from talking with my boss, he knew he wasn't going to get his way on this, despite being the senior research investigator, and the lead for the technology transfer process into production, a very high profile position that anyone involved knew well. After a few rounds of red-lines, and the director making repeated changes, my boss said the report was fine with just one more small correction. He crossed out his name as the author, put in the director's name there instead, then walked out. I still get a big smile thinking about that.

^^^^^^^ I must admit is me as I don't have voicemail set up on my cell phone , so I tell people to just send a text message because there's times when even when my phone is right next to me I won't hear it ring ha ha
