Having trouble finding who made this cue.

Hello everyone,
I am trying to identify a vintage, completely unbranded 1990s custom cue that passed a full internal inspection but has been ruled out by Joss and Pechauer. Given its highly distinct hardware combination, I am hoping the collectors here can recognize the maker.
Here is the exact structural blueprint of the cue:

• Forearm & Sleeve: 20-point interleaved crown design (10 high points / 10 low points) with crisp black veneer outlines. The butt sleeve features a perfectly mirrored design.
• Wood & Finish: The background wood is heavily figured maple finished in a rich, hand-rubbed smokie brown (resembles a classic Nutmeg or Walnut factory stain). The original factory clear coat is fully intact, glassy, and completely shiny.
• The Joint: Piloted 5/16x14 stainless steel joint. The pin features a distinct rounded "nipple/bullet" nose tip.
• The Shaft: Accompanied by a traditional brass-colored sleeve insert inside the opening.
• Internal Cavity: Underneath the push-in rubber bumper, the bored-out raw wood cavity is completely clean with no handwriting. It houses a precision metal hex/allen head weight bolt system, and the very top face of the metal bolt is color-coded with factory red paint (balanced at 19.5oz).

Since it shares the exact machining blueprints of the Joss/Falcon 90s era but features this complex 20-point smokie brown crown, I would appreciate any insight into which specific custom run or catalog series this belongs to.

could be a KaoKao too. some of the J&J cues they made look a lot like this. its a asian cnc'd production cue of some sort.

It has that low end Asian look to it.
Which doesn't make it a bad cue.
