I think they just redid this page? It does explicit state the 2 year rolling cycle. For the Mosconi and Reyes Cups, it gives explicit cutoffs of when they started. Shane's Florida Open win is reflected, so it was updated within the past week. Also, the old matchroompool.com page redirects here.
