For the last thirty years people have been saying Meucci customer service is the worst. Then a few people say it's fine now, then many people say its terrible. Let's face it folks it's the worst customer service in the industry.
They are having growing pains. I can assure you that they do care about customer service. Why is it so bad, do they not give a shit.
just curious but just how do know that? all i hear are horror stories with an occasional satisfied buyer. they can care all they want but their actions speak way more loudly. more than one company with a good product and intentions has gone into the shitter just based on cust.serv.(or lack of it)They are having growing pains. I can assure you that they do care about customer service.

yea give them some time they are a new business. only in business for 50 years. growing pains are tough. They are having growing pains. I can assure you that they do care about customer service.
Yes growing pains can be tough. And yes they have been in business for 50 years. They have new owners for a few years now. They have been working to improve quality, and customer service. Only this year did they start working on introducing some new models. They are remodeling, updating equipment, bringing on new employees. The one thing that they are not doing is pushing out lesser quality products. They are taking a hit on lead times as a result. I have been in manufacturing for 32 years and for the last 10 I have been contracting with a wide variety of companies, so I have a pretty good perspective. I am proud of what Meucci is doing and I think they are on the right track. There are always issues and opportunities no matter the business.yea give them some time they are a new business. only in business for 50 years. growing pains are tough.
