suggestions on changing the break rules in big tournaments

since tournaments keep adding rules so mine are:

each one is individual not cumulative

1. break from centerline so break is more luck(random), and exciting.
2. spot all balls made on the break
3. scratch on break, cue ball behind the line
4. rotate break, doesnt change set winner much, but winning a game should not give an edge in the following game.
5. fill in yours

nice to have a dream. nothing we say or wish for here is ever going to happen.
 
Just quit the game…
Everyone has a problem with the break as if they break and run 95% of the time
 
Watching pool today is almost unbearable for me.

Slow players, constantly changing formats and rules, and commentators who are not great players or speakers.

I had rather watch curling.
