Cue info help; Gracie Cortez cue from the Philippines from the 1980’s

I was told this cue was a Gracie Cortez from the 1980’s. It has Iv inlays, with pink Ivorywood, and .925 sterling silver rings. Iv joint, ferrel and butt cap. Apparently the cuemaker is from the Philippines. Any thoughts? Ty in advance

Not sure who made the cue, but I will say it is an ABSOLUTE copy of Joe Gold (Cognoscenti)
Cues as well as some of Mike Bender. Their cues have always been popular overseas.
Mike was working in Omega DPK Cues and Joey was just starting out, hanging out in their
shop a lot.
I can’t help you with who made the cue, but for its age it looks damn nice. For the time frame you cite, a good cuemaker was Edwin Reyes (no relation), but he had his own (good) style. Good luck.
