If you want to compare it to the World Cups, the best thing is to take the average of the last 32. For this WC in Blois, it was 1.556.

When Caudron lost his semifinal in the European Championship of 2013 to Marco Zanetti, he had equaled the world record high run and had a higher average than his opponent. Billiards is a bee-atch.
