If AI is so intelligent, why has AI not figured out how to kill off CANCER? ASL, Diabetes, Heart Disease, and a long lot of Bad things that happen to people?

The honest answer? It needs more time, and the biggest blocker will be big pharma.
Pointless, until robots can swing a cue, walk around the table, AND are allowed to enter tournaments. Another good reason to ban smart phones in poolrooms.

AI is an amazing technology if you actually used it and didn't listen to its detractors. It's way more than stupid fake videos.

The hardest problem isn't just run-out scenarios, it's combining it all into a comprehensive solution that can use computer vision to accurately identify which ball is which, under a variety of conditions, and then presenting it on a table. And doing it in a way that can work on most PCs.
None of which requires agentic AI, but sure, I'm sure some people would like to have this in their house.

If thousands of people want projection only systems (ICATS and PPB), more would want this. Fortunately, I'm starting to see some exciting traction.
i tried that game. the best "ai" opponent was mainly shooting incredible shots, not playing good position or percentage (very few safeties). it had various disciplines but not one pocket, presumably for that reason
Lol! The first responders are the same group of people that sit on the internet in the middle of the day, squawk and then fly away like a bunch of seagulls. They haven’t made anything creative in their life, or have the desire to imagine how it could benefit anyone other than themselves. Garczar is always sitting in the middle, fattest of them all.
