Is this the right place to ask questions about CSI. I am having trouble finding anyone there that will talk with me. I understand that CSI preferred method of communication is thru e-mail but I never receive a response. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Go on fb and contact Ozzie Reynolds direct. All i got. They do list two phone #'s on their site also.

thanks, I better not contact Ozzie, even though I have never received a response from anyone at CSI after several attempts I think contacting Ozzie via e-mail is what got me in trouble to begin with?

Thanks, I have been banned from CSI sponsored events for asking a question after a tournament. I asked several times with no response ever over a period of 1 year. Nobody ever responds. I got frustrated and sent sent e-mail saying I thought getting legal help might get me an answer. Evidently somebody at CSI is receiving e-mails because when I tried to register for state tournament i found out I was banned. HMMMM? Just looking for someone to give me answer and explanation. Again, Thank you

Not at all. I wouldn't do business with them.

Go back and look at the other threads on people's dealing with them.

I think at this point they will only be speaking to you through a lawyer, and that lawyer will only say something if he has to. But that's what any company is going to do when the "L" word is spoken.
