You will get some nice even light distribution using two of the 2x2 panels at each end of your light hood--I have seen too many people toss up a single LED panel in the middle of a 9 foot table and there is going to be light intensity falloff towards the edges...doesn't matter what...

You can get black vinyl stickers of various sizes in crafting and art departments, such as Michaels, Hobby Lobby, and even Walmart. That's the cheap solution and what I currently have on my table. If you want a specific font, then a sign shop should be able to give you just about anything...
