    Brazilian Rosewood

Hi, What would be the likely weight of cue with a BRW forearm and buttsleeve with BEM handle. Pin type is 3/8 x 10. This won't be cored. The reason i am asking is because i prefer a cue not more than 19 oz. Is my preferred weight can be achieved without coring. Looking for opinion here. Many...

    MEZZ Break Cues...

Except for the sonic tip that doesn't hold chalk, Mezz Power Break cue are really great. I change the tip of my PBII to white diamond, and for me it's much better.

    Why tables lose their level?

Would you mind sharing how will you do this without the chances of popping the slate? Hope wouldn't be so hard because my table have sag in the middle. Can i support the joined slate with a wood and jack it up and shimmed?

    Why tables lose their level?

I am not a mechanic, but my table is on a wooden floor, everytime we have a rainy week the table loose it level. Most probably wood absorb a lot of moisture and move. I have a car jack and precision level handy so every the table is out of level, just jack up and adjust. As long as the slate...

Same experience here, For a long time i used predator shaft and have a chance to hit with traditional shaft, non LD. I love the hit but my game have suffered then i was able to get a mezz cue. I use a mezz butt. I also use non mezz shaft and mezz butt, and it's totally different feel. I like the hit of a mezz shaft.

Easiest way to get a 314^2 with a united joint?

Deflection is the same, no adjustment necessary, the feel of WD700 is way better than the predator 314. That's my opinion cause i used them both.

Ideal weight of a pool cue?

This is not easy to answer. When i used my old predator, weight is 19.8 oz and didnt like it much, cue ball control is not good. I change to a lighter cue around 19.2 oz it was good but the cue is rear weighted. Now i'm using a mezz cue 18.8 oz and i like it very much. Cue is perfectly balance...

Easiest way to get a 314^2 with a united joint?

I'm a predator to mezz user, I have thought about what you are saying now. Honestly the feel of the wd700 is better than the 314 2. Deflection wise, they are very close although 314 2 is less. Keep using your mezz shaft and you will love it.

Is Shaft weight is important to you?

I experimented with the balance point of the cue. As i mentioned i have weight bolts of 3 grams increment. At 19 oz HP2 shaft the cue is well balance. I am looking for a tip that is harder than moori medium. It feel spongy to me. I will try the milk dud soon, hopefully this is the missing...

Is Shaft weight is important to you?

Which tip plays better? is it hard or soft? I play with the balance of the cue as well. i have weight bolts in 3 grams increment. My cue weigh 18.8 oz using the WD700 shaft. I'm very comfortable with this weight and balance. Doesn't feel forward or rear weighted.
