I wonder if I'm compact or not, I might post a video later

    Mark Griffin

You basically have to test twice, the first one always comes negative if you test early, this is how it works for most of whom I know that got the virus, I hope this virus dies quickly so we can see the pool tournaments back!

which players got/get the most out of a compact stroke?

Sorry but what is a compact stroke, I know that Allen Hopkins is a punch stroke, is it the same as compact? I kind of ask because I want to know what type of stroke am I, how can I know if I'm compact, or something else? and what are the other options other than compact?

    Gold crown vs valley pockets?

Not all GC pockets are the same, I bought my GC used and did not know what kind of pockets I am getting, turned out that the pocket measured to be 4.125 inch which is tight in accordance to GC pockets, but not only this, my rails are really used to where the points of the jaws of the pockets are...

My 9 ball game ...from one extreme to the other

Even though I didn’t see you play but here is what I can tell you for sure, it’s not the break. Try to play more consistently at your level, then improve from there, being consistent is key. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Ronnie O'sullivan green stuff "chalk"

Why do you think Great White OG Thresher is better than Master? can you prove it.

    Ronnie O'sullivan green stuff "chalk"

Most snooker players play with soft tips, especially ronnie I know he uses elkmaster tips which are very soft, so according to you it should grip? but it didn't.

    Ronnie O'sullivan green stuff "chalk"

So you're saying that green triangle are better than blue masters when it comes to cueball on the rail shots and trying to shoot it level cue? Have you tried the blue triangle then, I think you can buy it online, if its better than Masters then why not give it a try, and I say blue cause most...

    Ronnie O'sullivan green stuff "chalk"

Ya I mentioned that it was made by Tweeten, it is the same company that produces Master chalk, also I know from an insider that the master and the yellow packing chalk ("Triangle" according to you), are both the same exact chalk, just a different wrap.

    Ronnie O'sullivan green stuff "chalk"

Not me, I trust you! I know in this forum most people would blame stroke even though they haven't seen you or me play, but to me I trust what you said. It's not always the stroke, as a matter of fact, it's mostly either the chalk or the tip, then finally maybe the stroke, that's for me. I know...

    Ronnie O'sullivan green stuff "chalk"

In an interview Ronnie spoke about trying out new chalk, he called it "white stuff" he mentioned that it's a toam brand, he said that he wanted to try the new white stuff and he thinks its ok, then during the match, he miscued 3 or 4 times, then he said that he didn't want to miscue anymore and...

    Snooker World Championships, who's clapping?

Oh that make sense, a push of a button, I thought so in the beginning, ya snooker without clapping is a no-go I guess.

    Snooker World Championships, who's clapping?

I know this has nothing to do with anything, and as usual, I overthink stuff, but I've been watching snooker championships for 2 days, and due to the COVID-19 unfortunate circumstances, the players aren't shaking hands and the chairs around the tables are empty, which means no audience! But for...

G Core or Meucci Black Dot

I agree on the pro shaft statement, if I had to choose between G core or Black dot, I'd go black dot. If I had to choose between the black dot or the pro, of course it's the pro no doubt.

G Core or Meucci Black Dot

I would say the Meucci black dot, it is a very elegant shaft, some people don't understand the construction behind the ferrule, but it is designed so that the ferrule moves out of the way and the cueball goes straight. It is considered an LD shaft, I'd say go for it, a beautiful shaft.

    Jacoby BLACK good?

I've tried it its good, but I think Revo is still in a whole different league when it comes to CF, they invented it if I'm not mistaken. I know players who used to struggle to run 3 or 4 balls in a row in rotation games for years, and I literally mean years they were stuck in the same level...

I lately been having this idea to cut my black dot shaft long ferrule to make it short, very short. What will that do the shaft? will it become just like The Pro shaft of Meucci :thumbup: I would like to know whats inside the long ferrule of meucci, if I cut it short will I diminish...

Layered tips - what am I missing - HELP

It’s not always the stroke; sometimes it can be the tip too. What about a guy who never miscues using a certain tip, then replaces to another one with the same shaft the he starts to miscue twice or thrice a day, did his stroke went bad all of a sudden right when he replaces tip? I don’t think...
