I have played at all of those. Won a yearly tournament at Wynkoop 6 years in a row. I have the trophy in my pool room at home. It’s the only trophy I have! Zanzibar Has some weekly tournaments that seem to be popular.

It has always amazed me that it never gets mentioned for the Denver pool scene. I get it, but this thread is the first that I know of. Twist one up for me!

Glad to hear the place is successful. I think I stuck my head in their door once, just to check it out. I don't get downtown much but I always liked the Tarantulas sign out front. Not the first choice for players but it seems that they have been around a long time.

Unfortunately I did not realize how great Keven was until he passed. Hemicudas was another great member that I member. These threads have been duplicated many times over the years. Might need a sticky to keep them on top....wait, what, 😜 Oh yeah, Mr. Bond had some good stuff.

runscott,Tate and manwon are a few that I turned too for info on the vintage cues. Tramp Steamer was a fun read also. Back in the day I got to talk to Terry a couple of times on the phone, we had a good visit.

In 2017 I was lucky enough to be invited by sjm to a tourny at Steinway billiards. This was the first time I saw Kaci play. Back then most of us were still mispronouncing his name.😄 Since then I have been enjoying watching his game. I like Fedor just as much so I am on the fence with this match...

Stay away from Cuebuddy. He is a LITTLE slow and a LITTLE expensive. Not much cue for the money.

There are a number of manufacturers that produce that style. Stealth custom pool tables may be a starting point.
