I was curious about how adding some inlays on a sneaky that plays great could potentially affect the hit of the cue? I don't want to change how it hits at all if possible.... Anyone ever done this? Thanks in advance.... Howard

I received the cue from Joe today. It is a very nice Skip Weston, and a very nice case. I am waiting on a description of the cue so I can post it on eBay. The entire proceeds are going to the Ronald McDonald House here locally in Nashville out of Vanderbilt hospital. I will post a link to it...

When I played it, it did play great, a shame one of the shafts has become a bit out of round. This has indeed been interesting to follow along with, I have learned a lot. Cue should look great when Joe is finished with it.

It is most likely not a Jensen. Mike refinished it for me when I first got it. I think he would have said something. I actually built Mikes his website he used for a while. Surprised it is now down. Paul was actually going to send it to John to refinish. I am learning a lot on this...

Problem is I really dont want to pay to have it refinished, just to remove his name, and I won't let that cue get out for someone else to try and pass it off as the "Real Deal". Not really sure what the best solution is.

Well just got the news, and it is a fake. I have been hanging onto this cue for nine or ten years, unreal. I will probably just have it cut up. The part that blows is I was trying to sell it and maybe one more to give as a donation to cancer research. My brother died of Hodgkins Lymphoma two...

Well the cue is on its way to Paul. I will be very curious to see what the results are, seeing as I purchased this from another cue maker quite a long time ago.
