Tournament Play. What do you prefer on who BREAKS

It kinda reminds me of baseball and the path it has taken in history, for similar "how the game is played" reasons.

Tournament Play. What do you prefer on who BREAKS

I'm talking about the pro's. Did anybody watch on ESPN the 2000 BCA 9 ball finals Archer/Immonen the other day? Archer won the lag, ran five straight rack, made two safeties and the match was over! Mika barely got out of his chair IN THE FINALS! When you have the same wing ball going into...

Tournament Play. What do you prefer on who BREAKS

If there aren't alt breaks why have an opponent at all. When a guy can make his why through a whole bracket and not even get to shoot in the final match, something isn't right about that? Why not just watch u-tube videos of your favorite player running racks if you want to see that or buy...

    Difficulties with draw shots

When I miss hit draw shots it's because I jump up or move at the end of the shot, because I feel I need way more power than needed. Try not to move your body on draw shots. I was watching an old challenge of champions on espn and I saw Oliver Ortman hit what looked like the perfect power draw...

    Young lady w perception/aiming error

I wasn't missing all my shots, but I was missing enough to piss me off, so I worked on my stance, bridge and stroke for hours on end, but couldn't figure out why I was still missing. Then one day as I was lining up an end rail to end rail shot, I closed my left eye to see if my aim was off and...

I'm having a problem adjusting to my new preshot routine.

My problem is mainly with my warm-up strokes. My old warm up was an arbitrary amount of short fast strokes, pause, then the final stroke. The new warm up is three fast strokes, one slow stroke and a pause then the final stroke. At first it seemed great but I slowly lost confidence and it's...

Archer/Stricland & the Legends & Champions Tour coming to Texas

Great pics! I have three 2 minute videos, one of earl talking to a couple of us, one video of him making the sweetest jump shot draw shot while practicing after the school was over and one of the exhibition when he makes the 14 ball shot. I was holding the camera so it's kinda shaky in some...

Archer/Stricland & the Legends & Champions Tour coming to Texas

Earl Strickland adjusted my hand! I was at the school in Portland, Oregon last Wednesday and I still can't believe how much fun I had. I keep going over the whole day in my head, I bet I think about it every 10 minutes. In the first part of the class: I was with Johnny Archer...

It's the people who play the game All of these other games have rocketed to the top, not because they change the game, but because the right characters came together at the right time. If you look at popular sports at different times, you will see the great characters behind them. Remember...
