    Handle Diameter

I thought he was talking about the handle. Most handles start at about 1.00” at the top of the handle and then taper a bit down to the butt sleeve in a gradual taper. Some makers are keeping the handle almost a straight taper until it gets down to the butt sleeve. I am finding that I like the...

If you make a ball on the break, are you required to push on the first shot or does the opponent get the first shot after the break and they have to push? It would make a ton of difference on how I broke the balls.

    Handle Diameter

I think most pros use production cues, so it shouldn’t be too hard for somebody to measure the specs of one.

LMAO. I wish they would get rid of the Texas Express BIH rules and go back to two-shot-push out. That made the game more playable and watchable to me.

Convert radial or 3/8-10 drilled shaft to 5/16-14

How difficult would it be to convert a radial shaft or a 3/8-10 shaft to 5/16-14? In my mind, it seems that it would be a lot easier than what some of the cue wizards on here do with a lot of their other repairs. Is it as simple as plugging the hole, re-drilling it, and then putting in the...

If you can’t figure out when it is your turn to break, you should be playing winner breaks.

    Kamui black soft or medium?

I always liked Le Pro tips until I kept getting a bunch of crappy ones that always felt spongy.

The spot thing is idiotic. Why don’t they just set up different shots and play “HORSE”. LMAO.

I am still trying to figure out why they keep playing the alternate break formats. Play long races and winner breaks.

I think they need to implement the STFU break rule. That is where the breaker breaks however he pleases and the opponent can break the same way if they want or STFU about it. Especially during alternate breaks formats.

    object ball throw

Object balls can be thrown quite a bit. I saw one get thrown at another dude all the way across the room. Then I learned pool sticks also can be thrown.

    Kamui black soft or medium?

I had black Kamui super soft tips on some shafts and I cut them off and replaced them with Ultraskin black soft tips. The Kamui tips constantly glazed over and sucked. I like the Ultraskins and have bought them from Tom a couple times.

Your post made me forget another cue I had before but forgot to list. I won a new McDermott Lucky cue from a contest here on AZB and I gave it to my eye doctor’s son for a Christmas present. I was teaching the doctor and his son how to play.
