Top end Segen -- Trade for Ignite 12.2 Wavy

UPDATE: OFFER OVER. I had ordered the S-10 but after some delays, Evan sent me a fancier cue at no additional cost. But I don't know the model name or number. Weight is 19.25, wrap is leather, shafts are straight and un-dinged. One shaft has seen regular play and the other has probably hit a...

That must be from this artist: https://gallery.johannesstoetterart.com/Galleries/Animals-bodypainting-art/. Some of them are pretty amazing!

Is Schmidt's and charlie 626 Legit

Actually, most of the people on this thread seem to believe or at least accept for now that the run is legitimate. You can easily conclude otherwise because the doubters post a lot and do so with vigor.

    Mr 600

I was watching Dr. Dave's Ghost video, in response to another thread. He just does a very fast fast-forward of the racking process. So about 30 seconds of real time takes about 5 seconds of video time. That seems a natural solution insofar as Predator and JS care about internet skeptics. Those...

Good ruse. But I figured you to fill a cyclist-style water bottle with Mad Dog.

    EMILY DUDDY Professional

I don't doubt the part in red. The question is what happens if they go in without you?

Best helmet advertisement I've seen in a while, though!

    EMILY DUDDY Professional

I don't like to play in long sleeves or with a watch on. I'd probably find it really hard to play well in that costume!

This is why we can't have nice things

People always come into threads like this to say that handicaps are for wimps and to just play even up tourneys. Thing is, in my 30+ years of playing pool, the large majority of the action I've seen is handicapped. It just so happens to be handicapped in the form of one-on-one tournaments. Why...

This is why we can't have nice things

I wish the OP were wrong, but he's probably not. I think it's fixable. For players with established ratings, FargoRate could present stratified ratings based on records in tournaments with low/medium/high stakes. A tournament director could then pick the rating for each player that corresponds...

T-Rex vs Robocop Big Money One Pocket Action Rubber Match

While we're speculating: what effect on the outcome, if any, if they play with a 60-second shot clock?

    Dennis O v JRB $100k middle

It's hard to comprehend how good Dennis and the elite really are and the incredible pressure and awkward positions that can impose on even very good players in one pocket. I've seen Dennis go back and forth giving a top local shortstop 14-6. So needing 14-4 puts a player at the strong local...

2020 US Open 9-ball Championship field full at 256

Catch-22 here, though. This is exactly what it would take to make pool more exciting to watch for the masses beyond AZB. But without such fans, it's not worth the cost to do the fancy production. Still there could be something intermediate. Like cameras on 3 extra tables and 1 person reviewing...

Yeah, the road is crazy. But if the area around Bluegrass frightens you then you need to get out more!

APA screwed our very own sleinen out of a national championship

This is my understanding of the basic logic, not the exact formula. If your win % is high, the system keeps you right on the cusp of going up, no matter what your innings are. Then if you have a few games with low innings, meaning in the range for the next higher handicap level, you go up. The...

Hypothetical Shane vs amateur race to 100

Interesting thread. 1P is so deterministic when the skill gap is large. The amateur just has to play for lucky shots into or off of the stack, but even with an open table, Cs and Bs are probably not running 8 and out. A C should do that about never and a B maybe something like 10% to 20%...

APA screwed our very own sleinen out of a national championship

That means the prior matches were lopsided, it's cumulative. It's not a game or match race, but it's a fine system that makes players try really hard in the early matches, all else (i.e., sandbagging considerations) equal.

APA screwed our very own sleinen out of a national championship

Probably won't happen, but this is what license agreements are for! Or with enough time, a FargoRate-based league could displace APA?
