What an awesome piece of "Rich" Family History... It's sad that it's gone... To answer your questions though... No it's not the original sign from the 70's... The original painted sign faded, so Abe's great nephew made this one in High School.

I updated the Florida Cue Decal and added another example of a Sol Rich's Rich-Q decal above...

Sol Rich's "Rich-Q" cues were all made in Valley Stream, Long Island New York from 1965 until he sold the company to Isaac Algaze in about 1970... Isaac moved production of Rich-Q's to Freeport Long Island where it remained until he sold it to Imperial Billiards in 1980... At which time Rich-Q...

Abe Rich's Florida Cue label (Abe used this decal from 1963 to 1965, but continued making Florida cues until 1971... At which time he moved the company to Miami and changed the name to Star Cue Mfg.) FYI... Abe actually designed most, if not all of Sol's early cues while working there in...
