    Kirbie 1x2 Cue Case

That's a sweet case. Hard to find handmade cases like that! I found a similar handmade case at goodwill a while back and I love it. Throw some oil on that sucker and make sure the stitching is tight.

    Cue ID Help ?

No clue. Cool handle, but has pretty bad point gap. This is a stumper.

    Funny Samsara story

It's not unnecessary at all (though I maybe wasn't as polite as I could have been). Asking for pics is simply a way to confirm a person's story over the internet. You think everything you read on this forum is true? Or course I was suspicious of a claim that a HOF cuemaker couldn't tell real...

How to make a ferrule-less shaft?

That tool I'm the previous link might work. A lathe would be better if you can find a cue repair person

Chinese 8 ball - what are your thoughts now?

Yes and yes, excellent observations. Still enjoyable for me as I have not had much time recently to watch any pool. I'd be down to watch some 9Ball though!!

    Side Pocket One Pocket

I've played 8 ball where the the 1 and 15 are racked behind the 8 in the second to last row in the middle. Before either player can sink the 8, they have to make either the 1 (if solids) or the 15 (if stripes) in their designated side pocket. Excellent game!

What to do with my Brazilian rosewood???

At least until you start cutting into it. RW is pretty stable, but you can never be too sure. My Hagan is solid RW straight through and I like it that way.

    Two shafts...obsessive?

Excellent point. What about the excuse, "I need a second shaft to replace the one I break in a fit of anger!". Now that's legit.

    Two shafts...obsessive?

Two original shafts are not entirely necessary unless you play tournaments regularly or gamble. I always prefer an original shaft if I'm looking to buy in the open market. Two is nice, but not always necessary. I only carry one original, and one LD shaft to use for snooker games on my playing...

    Jim Rempe cues??

It's "Adam" not "Adams". Guaranteed not a Meucci. It would likely sell for about 150-200. Good cues, they will last. I wouldn't say Huebler's of that era were any better. The factory in Japan that this cue was made in had help getting set-up by Richard Helmstetter.
