How does Seybert's, Muellers', etc ship a single cue ball? Just a thought.

I'll go along with the above. I have a fancy TAD and Scott did the refinish on it. It came out excellent and I couldn't have been happier. I would have had Fred to it but the turnaround time was just way to long. 10 days and it was back in my hands and looking good.

He's still around. I saw him at league the other night. All appears to be OK

The 2 around here are closed. But then again, they close for almost any reason. The room I frequented in Long Beach was open 365 for the longest of times. It finally broke down and close at Christmas.

I just got back from the post office where I waited for an hour and a half for them to sort and deliver packages to the P.O. Boxes. Boy was it worth the wait. This cap looks really fantastic on the cue. Thank-you, Alton.

I'm by no means a instructor, but what Fran says makes perfectly good sense. You won't go far without learning the fundamentals/ basics first. Trying to correct them later on will prove to be difficult. Also, you are going to have to shoot the cue ball straight. In other words, you must hit...

And here all this time I thought there might be a little hamster in there.

For sure. If you have a high end cue you want high end joint protectors to match. But either way, both men are excellent to work with. You can't go wrong with either one of them. Stick wth Alton or Jim and you won't be sorry. They both believe in customer satisfaction.
