Joe Herman Your cue is ready.

That is really a nice clean looking cue. It's a cue that anyone would be proud to own, I know that I certainly would be.

do you play with your expensive cues or just collect them and play with mid range cue

What's considered mid-range and what's considered high end? A TAD just sold for over 5K recently that is similar to the one I play with.

    Poll-Shaft Size

Of the 5 shafts that I have I for my TADs I use the one that is 12.62.

whats the longest you've ever used one cue, 2 years? 20?

I ordered my 2nd TAD, a T-4, in 1979 (2 shafts w/ivory ferrules for $379). I used it until 1994 when I got my current one (8 points and fancy butt sleeve). I've tried a lot of other cues but nothing compares to it. I'm still happier than a 'Pig-In-Shit' with it.

Good hit? Free game-changing app all pool players should own.

Lee, Any movement by the 8 would cause it to be blurred in the photo, however so slightly. Is that the case here? ...old eyes make it really harder to judge. I'm also taking into consideration the relative shutter speed of the phone's camera. I'm not saying yes or no to the hit. This is...

Good hit? Free game-changing app all pool players should own.

Just looking at the images it appears to me that the QB and the 15 show movement and the 8 doesn't, its still crisp as if it has never moved.

Any decent small tables out there?

A rule of thumb that I go by is to add 10' to both the length and width dimensions of the table. This gives you the minimum size of the room. You'll have enough to play comfortably but you won't be able to place any chairs in it. I've got a 3500 sf home with no room big enough for a 9' or...

I bought a cheap table, help me make it great for playing on

We have 9' ProAms where I play. When we play 1-Pocket we insert foam blocks into the pockets. They work great and I would think that would do the trick for you. It's a easy and inexpensive fix for your problem.

Showing off my Gandy Big G LTD

I had one for years. When I left MA, I was working on a CO2 recovery plant in Bellingham, the owner of a room couldn't (or wouldn't) repay a loan I made to him. He gave me a Big G as a partial payment. It came with me from MA to CA via North American. After a couple of years I finally got a...
