I can maybe help you with the Huebler. Pretty sure it's an H11. If the logo is gone it's probably been refinished. If it's clean and straight, I would say you'd be looking at that $400 range for that, give or take.

I put mine on a spare shaft just to try it out and they're not bad at all. Response and hit is just a little different, and I'm not really sure how to describe it. My experience with it tells me I could get used to a synthetic tip and use one long term If I wanted to. I would say give it a run...

I have the soft on one of my shafts just to experiment with. I think they're very interesting, and play and hold chalk much better than I expected. The soft hits pretty firm IMO. Maybe they'll be like CF shafts and kind of start taking over the tip market as they get more refined and more...

I don't think there is. 13 was about the only option on most cues back then, unless you had them turned down or special ordered. I would think today it varies with all sizes between 11.75 and 12.75 being used the most.
